In the final phase of the MELODY European project, the project partners organised a series of local Dissemination Events across the partner countries, with the aim of sharing the project results and engaging key stakeholders at local level.

The events were held in Italy, Germany and Romania, involving teachers, educators, representatives of civil society organisations, universities and other stakeholders interes ted in innovative approaches to education and civic engagement.

At the centre of the Dissemination Events was the presentation of the MELODY Toolkit, the main outcome of the project. The Toolkit is a ready-to-use educational resource for teachers and educators, offering practical activities that use music as a tool for civic education and the promotion of common values.
Rather than focusing solely on presentation, the events adopted a participatory and experiential approach. Selected activities from the Toolkit were simulated with the participants, who stepped into the role of learners, while facilitators acted as educators guiding the process. This approach allowed the audience to directly experience the methodology and better understand how the activities can be implemented in real educational settings.
By actively involving participants, the Dissemination Events provided a concrete demonstration of the Toolkit’s potential and usability, supporting future adoption by those who will apply it in their own educational and community contexts.
Through these activities, MELODY reinforced its local impact across partner countries, contributing to the wider dissemination, understanding and sustainability of the project’s results.

👉 The MELODY Toolkit is available for free download and can be used directly in formal and non-formal educational settings.
